The OPTITRIM Program combines the best of two worlds! With OPTITRIM, you'll be using the OPTIFAST supplement and receive all the benefits that go along with OPTIFAST -- quick weight loss, as well as simplicity and convenience. With OPTITRIM, however, you'll have the opportunity to do some "personalizing". Perhaps you'll choose to have a meal of regular or convenience food along with four packets of OPTIFAST. You may even decide to use our shelf-stable entrees along with the OPTIFAST rather than having to prepare your own meals. Or, perhaps you'd prefer to use one or two packets of OPTIFAST along with two meals, either home-cooked or shelf stable.
