Rose Wolfe – CONCI Kudos
Pictured weighing and encouraging a patient is East office medical assistant manager Rose Wolfe. After finishing her schooling to become a certified medical assistant, she joined the CONCI staff and has been with us for 8 years. The patients love her! Her wonderful work ethic, her encouraging words, and her concern for patients (along with her great sense of humor), are readily apparent to all who come in contact with her. Our patients have mentioned to us that Rose puts them at ease at their first visit and treats them like a friend. It must be true because it is not uncommon for patients to stop by, not because they have an appointment, but just to say hi to Rose! Thank you, Rose, for your genuine dedication to our patients and to CONCI! It is truly a privilege for our staff to work with you!

Rose is awesome!! She is Unique and rare and I hope CONCI realizes what a gem she is. She is the one that gave me the courage to return to a weight loss journey. She always has a smile, positive outlook and always very supportive and personable. She genuinly cares. They just do not make them like her anymore! Rose is especially gifted in the qualities needed for the interactions this program requires. In my opinion, the friendly, caring and skilled support staff, along with the outstanding medical management at CONCI East was key to achieving the necessary weight loss to better my overall health. The continuing support and encouragement offered to me in a maintenance program is needed and appreciated. I feel “among friends” with Rose and her colleagues and my fellow “Focus” members. What a gal! I know I most likely would not make it many Fridays to our special focus group without Rose making a phone call to me and encouraging me to be there and to continue my time at Curves for my overal physical abilities. She is the best! She always has a smile no matter what she may be going through. Your problems are first and formost with her. She gives you encouragement even if you only lose 1/2 pound or gain a pound. She always has something positive to say to support and encourage so you will keep doing the right things. I look forward to seeing her smile every week. Thanks for giving her credit for all she does. As well as all the other CONCI staff that are supportive as well. I have found support from the time you enter the door with Lisa as you sign it all the way through the office and our focus group teaches us so many things to keep us making the right choices for our health and weight.
