Looking in magazines, watching TV or even just glimpsing at tabloid pictures as you buy your groceries can give you a flawed impression of what being healthy looks like. Celebrities flaunt their malnourished shapes and we point our fingers at healthy weighted people, filling the average Jane or Joe with unrealistic expectations about what their bodies can look like after a medical weight loss program.
